Scott Louis Thomas is a veteran customer service and operational transformation executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience helping organizations improve customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business intelligence. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with global organizations including Citigroup, Solomon Software/Microsoft Dynamics SL, Iomega, and Deloitte & Touche, leading global customer support operations, technical service organizations, escalation management, and enterprise process improvement initiatives.

 

As the creator of Reputation Radar™, Scott developed the concept of an AI-powered Reputation Early Warning System™ designed to help businesses identify reputation risks, customer sentiment trends, operational blind spots, and competitive perception issues before they become costly public problems. His vision combines real-world operational leadership with emerging AI technologies to create proactive reputation intelligence solutions for modern businesses.
